I enjoy buying grocery at Cold Storage and shopping for household stuff at Metrojaya and I have been a regular customer for more than ten years. Unfortunately its no longer an enjoyable experience. Even after buying a trolley full of food at Cold storage,we were not allowed to bring our car in to load our shopping load. Imagine how much of an insult its is to Cold storage customers. Perhaps Cold Storage and Metrojaya as anchors tenants must ensure accessibility for its customers. If it is a shopping mall for Johor residents and shoppers....the guards must learn to respect the customers who really shop in this mall.The trolley is full of food and it is bought with good, honest hard earned money!The entrance is reserved who the privileged few who do not shop, worse still the guards outrightly inform the shoppers that they are not allowed to load their shopping. Its not mant for customers....its reserved for the priviledged few. In this day and age where cash is king, the Plaza Pelangi management is taking a ten steps backward by the lack of customer relations to its real shoppers...normal people but the ones who really spend in the mall. Should PNB and the new Pelangi management want to restrict its business to its priviledged few....there must be a notice to discourage its common people to its shopping mall. Imagine the guards directing us just by his fingers, to push our trolley load to the side road below. Our car is not allowed to come in for the loading of my groceries. Plaza Pelangi guards....what an inconsiderate lot you are.....we are customers...we are Malaysians living in the Pelangi area....how can you be so blind.... Plaza Pelangi is losing many of its customers because of poor customer relations Who is giving these instructions? This is absurd...does PNB as owners of the mall knows that the front parking area is reserved the exclusive few....??? What about the elderly, what about the aged?? My friends and I are are getting the people we know to avoid shopping at Plaza Pelangi because of its prejudices and abuse on us honest shoppers. Plaza Pelangi.....whats happening? why is the management allowing this subtle form of biasness and prejudice? DO you know that your customers are at times being chased out by the priviledged few? Are your guards meant for the customers or the parking wardens for the priviledged few???? It is so common to hear security bosses scolding their guards for allowing its customers to load their groceries..... These security guards are given specific strict instructions not to allow normal shoppers to park and load their staff. This has been happening after PNB take over.... Hence Plaza Pelangi should change its names to Restricted Access Mall. In this case key tenants like Cold Storage and Metrojaya must move to other areas where common folks who have the purchasing power can be treated with more respect.... In the business world today.....your elite customers should be the ones who spend regularly at your shopping mall..... Plaza Pelangi: Atmosphere: Poor customer awareness Value: I/10, hostile to shoppers Guards: Rude, inconsiderate It does not matter if you dont spend....just hang around and make it known that you belong to the priviledged few in Johor.

When i first time visit Plaza Pelangi not many shops these , so many thing i can't find like young girls beutiful clothes ,shoes and bags.I thing the managment have to up garde more fashion shops like city square .Thank's
