We drove in from OK, staff very friendly and room was beautiful. Very Clean. Disliked the fact that they charged you 5.oo for a bottle of water that they left in your room. Elevators were very slow.

We live in K.C an go to this hotel for our get aways ,the hotel is always clean and the staff are always very friendly. You just cant beat the value that a embassy suites hotel offers. The food is good at the hotel and the rooms are very comfortable.They have a lovely pool/sauna area with a excercise room. There is plenty of other food choices and shopping at nearby zona rosa.This is a great pick for a hotel

the place was very easy to get too and very clean. staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great. nothing bad to say about it and we will stay there again!

This hotel goes for 100% sales each day and so they overbook the rooms and have to walk guests to other hotels late at night. What's worse than getting off an airplane to find out your hotel room is gone...What did they make a reservation for then????

Dislikes - internet service is $9.95 per day, I can stay across the highway and get it for free. As noted by other reviewer elevators annoying, slow, first floor only one with indicator as to where elevator is. Loved it. Wish my wife could have joined me. The room was spacious, nice king bed with plenty of pillows. I would gladly stay again for 1 or 2 night stay, any longer and I'll stay where internet is free. The breakfast is outstanding, loved the cooked to order omlets.

As a business professional I travel a lot and stay at many motels. My family and I have recently stayed here several times and found it to be a spacious, clean, and modern facility with outsanding customer service. Super Star Stacy, the guy who cooks your breakfast to order, is passionate about his job and the customers he serves. Only rap - elevators are too few and slow, it can take a while to catch a ride up or down.
