Overview

Queen Victoria once graced The Royal Pier, but now more common folk enjoy its bar food and pleasant setting. It has a spacious bar and lounge with tradition hotel style decor. A warm fire welcomes visitors during the winter months and brightens the somewhat dark interior. The friendly and helpful staff put visitors immediately at ease. A good bar menu with hot and cold entrées is available from noon. Choices include grilled chicken or steak, salmon salad, scallop and spinach terrine, and steamed mussels.
