Vogue Magazine called restaurant owner/chef Norma "the Julia Child of the Caribbean." Norma developed her culinary reputation at her original location on the island's north coast. She now does her magic at the famous Devon House. White tables fill the terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped lawns of the great mansion. The menu consists of creative local and regional dishes, along with natural fruit juices and traditional desserts. The Jerked Chicken Penne with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic and a light marinara sauce has won wide acclaim.
