I liked the fact it's not in the middle of a major town, it's not too far from the Ocho Rios hip strip but very quiet. It's like you're in another world. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you & the entrance fee is very economical. I gave them two day's notice & they were able to help me plan a small surprise for my husband's birthday. I go back as often as I can.

Entering the carefully cultivated forrest of Cranbrook filled us with a sense of awe, of beauty, tranquility and yet joy. The plant variety, colour, landscaping was inspiring. The kids loved swimming at River head. They loved the peacocks and running on the many lawns The royal palms towering over us in a valley of such lushness. The sounds of the river following us through the gardens and the beauty of it as it cascaded down the falls. A must see for every one. We will definately be returning on our next visit to Jamaica.

The setting is lovely. The river running through the property and the flowers gives for a very peaceful atmosphere. It is good for picnics and the campsite is also pretty cool. This park is sonething the whole family can enjoy repeatedly. No visit is complete without a trip to the breathtaking head of the river. simply a nature lovers paradise.
