Location is super, beside the train station, taxi stand, mall, is a very convinient to get public transport. Service is lousy, I wait more than 1 hour to get the room cleaned when I check in, but they still not finished so I must leave my luggage in the concierge and attend a meeting outside. When I check out I must queing for around 1 hour again, their staff or their system must have some problem to provide fast services. On the other hand the room is clean and big, good view, nice bathroom.
the staffs are helpful the food are delicious it is easy to get there rooms price is affordable every people can enjoy it you should try it gain the experience there
this is the worse hotel i have stay. the food are not good.service was slow-it take about 30 minutes that i have to waiting just for the simple order most of the time. the room rates are not awesome,its not the value for what i have spend. staff are friendly-believe me they are not.most of them quite shy to communicate with their hotel guest,even to greet us when me are met.what their problems?
This simply is not four star. I requested a business suite that was non smoking and received a room that was smoking where the computer and Internet were both down. Also, the reception staff tried to make me pay the full room stay in advance (even when I was paying with credit card) despite the fact that their web page claims they only take 10% in advance. Also, the staff's English skills are very poor making it very difficult to communicate.
i saty at 30th floor, one night we saw a rat inside the rooms. i dont how the standard hotel like that can have like that situation. but i like the surrounding, decoration, so please try to do something to make the Hotel great.
As with all accomodation there are varying classes of rooms. My first basic room on the 25th floor was ok but the bathroom did have a lot of mould and I was upgraded. (This hotel is undertaking refurbishment). The 2nd room was good value and clean, bed was very good. Room service was prompt and excelent value for money, housekeeping staff excelent, polite and cheerful. The third room I took with internet, well that was not up to any kind of normal standard.It was plagued by hackers and was down a lot of the time. Also the thing would not allow msn messenger to work or even be downloaded. Access to trains, taxis and shopping was all just by the hotel and again good value for money. I enjoyed the awsome views and balcony outlook. TV was good. Dont drink the water even if boiled. Laundry service couldnt be faulted. All in all I would go back but, I will choose their better more expensive rooms. You get what you pay for and if not just advise the excelent staff of your concerns and they will plesently rectify it for you. Breakfast could do with one or two european items on the menu like tomatos and pork bacon or beef sausages, but the array of fresh food and pastries, vegetables and drinks was very good.
We stayed in the ordinary rooms (sept. 2005). They were so bad, old and dirty. There was mould growing in the bath, there was dirty every where, the wallpaper was falling off the walls, the light switches did not work. Well, all the switches did not work, the air con switch neither. The room was full of ants and some bigger orange insects, even in my bed. This hotel has not been maintained for many, many years. It was a huge dissapointment. Breakfast nothing special. No internet connections. I will never go back.
the service was so slow and rooms are not a five stars room, reception was great, recieptionest unfriendly they look for u as a walking bank,, room service too slow it took me 30 min to ask for cleaning my room
one feels at home, the rooms are quite luxurious,nice staff and very good services, with the mall at the door step one can just go there convinently, from the hotel one can even go to far of places by the trains, having the station next door.
we had a great room...really big and a good value. They was also good food in the hotel as well as a pool and workout facilities. I found the people to be very nice and the overall feeling to be that of a very fancy and high class hotel
