Extremely popular small bar with locals and expatriates alike. The low prices, friendly staff and extensive menu mean it is often full, at weekends particularly. The 70s and 80s music (Rolling Stones, Joy Division, Cure) is a draw for the anti-electronica elements in society. A mixed crowd, 20 to 50 year-olds, comes to "ing." As it is very casual in style, and the music loud, it is better for letting your hair down than for a high-powered business meeting. The big menu consists of items such as pizza, fried tofu, chicken and soba. The house specialty is Garlic Carnival, which is great for fans of the "stinking rose."
