This company still took my money when the ferry boat to the island canceled service to the island. The ferry would not guarantee return service because of high winds. On the day that our jeep was reserved the ferry service was on the verge of canceling all remaining ferry times for the rest of the day and recommended that we do not go to Lanai unless we had to. After speaking with the ferry captain I called Michelle at Adventure Lanai from the dock in Lahaina to tell her we might not have a way back from Lanai and asked to reschedule. The only other day we could go to Lanai there were no jeeps available and Adventure Lanai could not accommodate us. They sent me a voucher good for 1 year instead of reimbursing me. I called to try to get reimbursed and left two phone numbers but did not get a call back. Then I had my sister call since they would not call me. We spoke with Michelle who showed no concern and said they have a no reimbursements policy and would not refund my money. I can not find this policy printed anywhere on their web site or in any of their emails to me. We asked for a call back from the owner that Michelle referred to as "Mikey" and he never called. The voucher won't do anything for me as I will not be back within that time. If you book with these people then know that they will take your money should something cause you to miss your reservation even if it is beyond your control. VERY unhappy with this company!
