Never actually stayed there but ......by Yahoo | 2010-02-16 07:00:32 |

It has always been impressive to visit but a strange thing happened there when we were in the casino. A panhandler came up to my husband and asked for money. When my husband told him he could not help him - the panhandler got very insistent. Finally my husband told him he needed to leave and he went away. He had been in there for some time asking people for money. So much for the legendary tight security in Vegas!

5 Star Service ! Yes , I will be back.by Yahoo | 2010-01-31 10:43:22 |

Great service from start to finish. When you arrive whether you are in a taxi or a limo, a bellman is there to meet you and get your bags. You get a ticket for them and call from the room after you check-in and they are delivered to you ! How sweet is that, don't have to carry all the way to your room, of course don't forget to TIP both Bellmen. This is a tipping town ! The rooms are large and very comfortable compared to other Strip hotels I have stayed in. The buffet is great, wife and son love the crab legs. Olive's is good and romantic, and if you can get a table on the patio you get to watch the Fountain show up close and personal. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Sports Book is large and comfortable. Valet parking is faster than the other hotels I visited. The shopping is a little high end for me, but I got a great deal on the room so I can't complain. I'm not a Gucci kind of guy anyway. They have a busy nightclub called the Bank, which you will need a bank to get in and pay for drinks ! Some people will pay anything to be seen. Actually saw a couple of famous people while there ! The staff is great and always there to help with questions. My two honorable mentions would be Heidi at the front desk, great smile and personality, and one of our bellman Tracy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and his Southern Hospitality was fantastic since I am from South Carolina I can appreciate that. Don't stay anywhere else. Checkout all of Las Vegas, but lay your head down here.

the worst hotel and experience i have ever hadby Yahoo | 2010-01-23 20:20:25 |

the rooms were clean and that is the only positve thing i can say... staff was rude, food way over priced, to long of a wait for the buffett, not enough gaming tables open unless you bet $100 a hand, no coffee in the room, work out facility an extra $50 per day, pool not open till 9, no shuttles to the airport, $14 for a small bad tasting glass of wine, $4 for a small coffee that was nasty. just some of the things off the top of my head, was actually much worse than i am letting on.

bellagios's was okby Yahoo | 2010-01-14 01:23:43 |

the place is very beautiful. outside, the pools, the fountain especially after dark. food was good but pricey. other reviews cited stained carpet and furniture. . .i have to agree. personnel were all friendly. check in was good, friendly, efficent. wife and i had a great time. we would stay at bellagio again although it doesn't impress me as 5 star.

BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEWby Yahoo | 2010-01-10 18:26:32 |

Stayed on 17th floor on lake view side--was absolutely gorgeous.

Very Disappointingby Yahoo | 2009-12-28 17:30:51 |

I have stayed at the Bellagio several times with good results, but my stay in November 2009 was terrible. The personnel at the front desk were extremely rude. I had made reservations and paid months in advance and confirmed arrangements twice in the week prior to arrival. We had 2 rooms - but did not receive rooms on the same floor as promised. The rooms had only 1 bed instead of the 2 we had requested and confirmed. The rooms were dirty, carpet and bed spreads very stained. Took 7 hours for housekeeping to deliver a shower chair. Toilet riser was not delivered until next day. No ice bucket in one room and despite calls, never were able to get one delivered. Rooms were not available until an hour after check-in and were dirty with unmade beds and linens/wet towels from the prior occupant. But the worst problem was the rudeness of the front desk personnel. I have never encountered such sanctimonious, condescending rudeness at any hotel in LV, or elsewhere This will be my last stay at the Bellagio. I can certainly pay less and receive better service at most other hotels. The Bellagio failed miserably at its pretense of being a five star hotel.

I love the hotel will go back againby Yahoo | 2009-12-28 02:32:06 |

I will never go back never again to Bellagio Hotelby Yahoo | 2009-11-27 06:50:52 |

My husband and I stayed in Bellagio Hotel last Nov. 22, 23. The room was clean but the service was bad, I have to check out at 12noon but around 10 AM the housekeeper keep knocking the door they are so eager to clean the room. For me that was rude. And on Sunday night we ate dinner and when we I get back to the room someone get in the room while were having dinner leave the T.V. on and moved some of the things. Very unprofessional so called 5 star hotel. The housekeeper need to be train so in the future it won't bring reproached to your business. Again never go back there again this would be the first in the last! And by the way if you gonna have a bath tub make sure you provide bubble bath. I don't know if you have it or someone tampering. never again!!!!!!!
