Overview

Sweet, creamy and rich in flavor, nothing can duplicate homemade custard. This old-fashioned custard shop north of the Strip is not much to look at; in fact, it is an old stand where most of the business is car-based. Locals have been eating custard here for 25-years and for good reason. The shakes are dreamy, the sundaes are divine but best of all is a simple chocolate or peach scoop in a cup.

          I have been going to Luv-Its for years! The Western Sundae is my favorite...the hot fudge just is so delicious and the salted nuts and caramel! The area is not that great anymore but it is well worth the trip for the best custard and sundaes in town!

          I agree...it's the best. Vanilla is pure. Best ice cream I ever had. Western is out of this world. Best Hot Fudge: Not sweet, but rich. Found out by asking the owner that the hot fudge is the most premium fudge a restaurant can buy and the most expensive, and it shows... The hot caramel and salted pecans top this sundae also. Must try it to believe it. Won't even try another ice cream joint...I'm hooked for life!

          This has been my favorite custard stand / ice cream place since I was 5. My Mother and Father used to take me as a kid and I woud always get a luv-it stick. So many fond memories of this place. I try to make it there at least once a week. now I have upgraded to the luv-it special and on my birthday I always get a pint of custard to take home and enjoy.
