This is not your typical Chinese restaurant. The upscale Asian restaurant in Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is a treat for the senses. This is not a casual eatery, but the meal here is a whole dining experience. Try the pineapple fried rice, served in a half-pineapple. The flavors and aromas are wonderful. Lemon chicken is also perfectly seasoned with lemon but not sweet and syrupy as prepared in many traditional Chinese restaurants. For dessert, the green tea sorbets are delicious. No shorts or jeans and jackets are not required, but business dress is recommended.
