Overview

Carrigaholt is a small fishing port that's home to Ireland's native bottlenose dolphins! Dolphinwatch offers you the unique opportunity to see bottlenose dolphins in their natural environment; they actually come up to the sides of the boat. During the expedition a guide will tell you all about dolphins and their habitat, and you can use the Hydrophone, an instrument that enables you to hear how the dolphins communicate with each other. The trip is approximately two hours.
