I absolutey loved it. Its so close to Westminister Abbey and close to the London Eye. My only complaint is that its hard to take a good picture .

I LOVE this place cuz it is so beautiful.i think people who are from England or have some relation to it will like it.the expence is probly 300 or 200 dollars.lorrys are about 50 dollars if you want to rent one.(just guessing).i think it would be REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY FUN.it would be the time and money.but not the first few days.i would stay at my dads girlfriends moms house and the first thing when you get off the plane and get to the house they stuff food or pie in your face at 8:00 in the moring.member it is 5 hours differnce.you leave at 8:00 at night and get there at 8:00 in the morining.so you are tired the first couple days.member you cant drive you have to walk cuz you have to drive on the other side of the road and you drive on the other side of the car.i cant wait to go.(my dad alardy went so i want to go with him.) thats all for now it is so beautiful.

The House of Parliament... and Big Ben, such a sight to see. Did you know the name Big Ben isn't really the name of the clock, but it's really the name of the huge bell that is housed inside that clock tower?

I like this place because the food is great the people are nice and the big ben is pretty I just love london I cant wait to go there on my 21 birthday there coffe is so delious aand the people are so friendly there I just cant wait to go there you will see me in August 14 2007 bye Yall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

london is a great place to visit it is also avery noisey place in town the best time to go is in the winter no snow then

When I think of London, I see images of Georgian architecture, wrought iron fences, well-manicured parks and squares with arrays of rainbow colored flowers, and red phone booths, mail boxes and double decker busses. I fell in love with this wonderful city during a July 2003 visit and couldn't wait to go back. My wish came true in April 2005. Aside from the aesthetically pleasing aspects of London, I enjoyed its rich history and vast amount of things to see and do. For a first day there, I would recommend going to the Westminster area. Visit such famous sights as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, and take a ride on the London Eye where you can enjoy fabulous panoramic views of London. Westminster Abbey is also in this area, but we saved it for a separate day to allow more time there and it was awesome. I also recommend taking one of the Thames River cruises early on. You will see many famous London landmarks. I enjoyed getting my first glimpse of Tower Bridge, my personal favorite landmark, right on the river! Tower of London is fascinating and thrilling. Allow several hours for this and don't forget to see the Crown Jewels. The Tower Bridge Exhibition is right next door. This magnificent bridge is beautiful to look at and you can walk the high level walkways for fabulous views of London and learn its history as well. Make sure to visit the Victorian Engine Rooms. Other great places we visited include St. Paul's Cathedral, Kensington Palace, Covent Garden, Natural History Museum, and the British Museum. Harrods is amazing; particularly its wonderful food hall! London is easy to get around by taking the "Tube". There are also many terrific day trips out of London you can take by train including Portsmouth (HMS Victory), Stonehenge (take train to Salisbury and you can get a bus from Salisbury railroad station to Stonehenge),and Canterbury (Canterbury Cathedral). My two visits to London were absolutely wonderful. I love this fantastic city and look forward to future visits there!!

i like it because it tells you info about things but it could give a little more! it would be useful for schoolchildren or people writing a review!

I love BIG BEN! I can say that since I was in my 4th grade and my grandpa offered me a book about England, the first thing that caught my eye was a picture of Big Ben. I am 18 now and I still have that picture on my mind and I think it will fallow me all my life. On the one hand, England, especially London is my first choice in life, my no. 1, my favorite city ... it is a place where I can feel that I am alive, a place which gives me power and encourages me to live to the fullest! Of course that each country has its own beauty but, in my opinion London is the most active place which leads to new discoveries, and it can offer you what you didn't even know you didn't know!
