The best way to describe this Los Angeles mainstay is "old fashioned." It has been at its present location for what seems like a millennium. Generations after generations have left here satisfied, only to return for more shortly thereafter. The food is all traditional Mexican—Tacos, burritos, flautas, fajitas and some of the best tamales this side. Combination plates are prepared as well, especially during lunch. The margaritas are known around town as some of the best.
