You can sit near the pretty front window or seek a bit more privacy toward the back. You know the food will be good when the chef has been voted number one by his peers in recent years. Try the Chilled Poached Atlantic Salmon with Soba Pasta in a Dill Yuzu Cream Sauce, the Sauteed Hudson Valley Duck Foie Gras or perhaps the Venison entree. The latter cut of meat comes wrapped in bacon and covered with a sauce containing red currants, celery root mousseline and mushrooms.
