I was ordering a couch from this warehouse two weeks ago. Before I ordered, I told the salesperson that I'm moving in a 550 sqft 4 story condo and ask if the size of the couch will be fit. He said "yes". On the delivery day, the couch couldn't fit in the elevator or stairway, so that has to be returned. First of all, I'm very upset about the unprofessional sale person who didn't warn me about measuring the size of the elevator and stairway before purchase the couch. The elevators are pretty much standardize. As a professional furniture sale person; I would expect to get opinions or warnings regarding this kind of issue. Later on, I found out this happened couple times before to other customers. How couldn't they warn customer and be aware of this kind of problem? Second, I purchased additional furnitures (drawers, ottaman...) which match the color and material of the couch and now is not doing any good. Third, I have to pay 20% restocking fee that isn't because I'm changing my mind and return the product. It's due to the unprofessionalism from the warehouse employee.
