The couples massage was very very good. We both loved the quaintness and charm of the spa. The service was very professional and I could tell the staff was professional and well trained. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased several gift cerfificates for our family and friends for the holidays.

I came in last minute today because I had bought my wife a package several years ago. I decided to treat myself and boy did I ever. The Jade 90 minute was amazing. Not only was it great but it helped my leg which has been numb for a while. Anyway, this was a great experience.

I got the best eyelashes I've ever gotten and an excellent facial too. I saw this place and saw all the different treatments offered and I decided to give it a whirl. It turned out great and I bought a certificate for friend who also loved it. Best spa in Los Angeles.

I called to make an appointment for a massage because I had left-over balance from a gift certificate I had used with the spa last year. Their website said the massage I wanted was $115, but when I tried to make the reservation they told me I would be responsible for $138, which is the massage plus tip, and that the amount was non-negotiable! When I reminded them that "gratuity" is by definition something that is paid at the discretion of the person receiving the service, they were adamant that the amount for the tip was non-negotiable and must be added to the regular service charge. When I reminded them that a tip is supposed to be based on the quality of the service as determined by the person receiving it, they claimed that they provide great service, which obviously missed the point entirely! Well, a spa visit is supposed to be a place to relax, not get stressed. So I cancelled my appointment. This is not a place I would want to go give my business to.

This place is horrible. They not only charge a lot of money for their services, but there is a mandatory 20% gratuity that they charge you up front- BEFORE you even get your service. Furthermore, the owner and staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. They also try to sell you more services that you don't need/want. The result of my treatment was extremely horrible and had to be repaired by another salon. I will never go back again!

It was so HOT in Los Angeles today, power outages everywhere due to the heat. I went to the spa and was surrounded by lovely music , so soothing. The aromas heavenly, and the staff , INCREDIBLE!!! I started with a waxing, the best I have ever had, she must have been doing this for years, such a touch. I then had a massage, my therapist knew exactly where to massage me, I was like butter. I then had a bath in thier giant tub, it was fabulous , so fragrent and the bubbles! I had the most wonderful day , what a wonderful gift. Thank you LPR! I will be giving my family this gift soon! So great!

After relocating recently I was required to find a new waxer, and after reading all the good reviews I thought I'd found a great place. After the wax I am left feeling my money was poorly spent -- the wax was overpriced, incomplete (patches of hair left and complete wax pattern not addressed), plus their no refunds for cancellation policy ridiculous...The night after my wax when I realized how badly a job they did, I looked to see their policy -- you schedule/are charged one month in advance and you can't cancel for a full refund?! BTW -- internet prices are incorrect, for waxing at least... I'm left shaking my head and wondering if it's worth it to go spend money to have another aesthetician fix this.

I've been to several spas expensive and cheap trying to find a place that does exceptional work and gives you your monies worth. Let me say that Le Petite gives you the best service all around. The lashes I received were the best in town. I didn't just go once, I've been several times and every time they get better and better. My lashes last over 6 weeks and my fills only take about 20 to 30 minutes because my lashes stay so full. I'm thrilled to say I've found a place that doesn't just say they are the best I've truly found the BEST!

I purchased 25 gift certificates for 25 of my top sales people at my sales firm. All 25 people came back with rave reviews of this spa. We gave them questionnaires asking questions about the professionalism, quality of service and how easy it was to book an appointment and get in. Everyone came back saying they got booked within 1 to 2 weeks on the weekends and sometimes same day during the week. The quality of service they said surpassed any other spa they went to. They also said the therapist and management were very pleasant and made sure that all our employees needs where met. Thanks Le Petite for great service. I'll be calling you during the holidays and we'll be purchasing 100+ gift certificates for more employees and clients. You are the best!
