Madrid's best known and most popular bookstore is huge. It offers five floors full of every type of book you can imagine. You'll find literature, children's books, travel, essays, dictionaries, foreign-language novels and university textbooks crowding the shelves. If you can't find what you're looking for you can order it at no extra cost.

We lived in Madrid for 5 months this year and we enjoyed going to Casa del Libro. It was your typical large bookstore with a nice Childrens section. I went mainly to the store at Goya. My only complaint is that the English section was a little small, but what could I expect. I was in Spain after all.
