The Seri Costa occupies an elongated block of 4-storied shop-houses. The external facade is a polished, chocolaty glass affair that glows invitingly in the evening. Beyond the narrow salon-door entrance, marble flooring and tasteful decor attest to its four-star status with a matching price tag. An old-world charm prevails through its central lobby and adjoining coffeehouse. Fairly new, it is a pleasant boutique hotel and offers good service.
