This long stretch of sandy beach is full of locals sunning themselves in summer and out jogging in winter. It runs all the way from Huelin neighbourhood to the city's port and the recently repaired adjoining promenade is popular with families out for stroll by the seaside on sunny days. There are numerous stalls on the beach where you can sit down and have a beer and grilled sardines.
