One of the first super-chefs to put his name on a Manchester restaurant, Nico Landis has created a great place to meet friends and eat high-class modern cuisine. There are two large rooms; one is a chic art deco bar, and the other is an elegant dining area. There is an opulent edge to the feel of the place. This is reflected in the menu, which is contemporary and eclectic with a touch of French flair such as pan fried sea bream with garlic mash. The cooking is exquisite and matched by a large, well-chosen wine list.
