This is the place for Manchester trend setters and alternative-minded shoppers. Shop owners and small retail outlets share the floor in this multi-level complex. The stairs are decorated with posters, fliers, photographs and personal ads and the whole place has an irreverent, independent feel. Browse vintage and club clothes, jeans, second-hand and rare music, watches and jewelery. There are some excellent gift and card shops on the ground floor, as well as a hairdresser's and skate shop. i luv afflecks cos it sells everythin and theres not meny shops in manchester that sells the kind of stuff that afflecs does i go every mounth 2 go shoppin so i always end up goin in there i cant wait intill i get my money 2 go back!!!!!!!!
Huge range of alternative clothes, posters, badges and patches. There are shops that do piercing and tattoos and you can get lots of bootleg CDs/DVDs, band t-shirts and jewellery (including lots for piercings). Lots of v. unusual stuff too e.g. fetish shop, strange dolls, corsets etc. Also a cafe on the top floor with cheap, nice food (possibly the only cafe in Manchester where there is the posibility of being served by someone wearing PVC trousers or things like that).

Great place for cloths jewellery haircuts tatoos piercings. And just to hang out and meet your mates!
