you paid fees for parking feeling tht your car and things are safe however the was not the case my car was burglarized nd took all my stuff in it and their security guard does not know about it or their maybe link with those burglar.

What a great shopping experience. Everything from big box store (SM) to boutiques, sports, computers, entertainment, and food, food and more food. Surely the best shopping overall in the P.I. While we were there The Pussycat Dolls were in live concert, who would have thought it? Fireworks as well. It's all here, and I'm in no way connected with SM, Mall of Asia or anything, my family and I just know a good thing when we see it.

i definitely love all the sm malls ive been to. i miss going to mega mall especially. i saw in ruffa and ai this particular store in your mall that i cant help but be more amazed about how convenient our malls there back home. sm malls have become one-stop, convenient huge malls with wide variety of stores and entertainment shops,arts and craft,groceries, everything in one big place.i hope you can provide me with "mini me is that you" store website or e-mail address. more power and more malls.

I live at Angono, Rizal. I was glad when Sm taytay was built near our place. I really love shopping at SM malls even on the hypermarkets than any other malls. Most of our daily expenses which we need on our daily living was bought on Sm malls. I took my 2 kids at SM taytay once. They love to go to Worlds of Fun. After they have enjoyed riding and playing at Worlds of Fun, we headed to the event center to watch some kids doing some taekwondo lesson.While we are sitting down, somebody in a white cloth as I could remember passed our seats. I was even suspecting he is the janitor of the event center. After a few minutes, we decided to go home and after that I learned that my wallet was lost. My kids and I went searching to and from where we have been through. But I was sure enough still that I lost it at the event center. My wallet contains P850.00. I asked every employee as I was also sure if they are the ones who has picked it they would return that to me. Nobody has the answer. There is one janitor who sympathizes us and has relieved my a little bit of my emotions about my lost wallet. He is the janitor who is assigned outside the event center. But there are some employees whom after telling the whole thing about my lost wallet would whisper to another co-employee that maybe we do not have really money or fare to go home. Actually , I was just bursting out how I regret losing my wallet so I went back and forth looking for my wallet although I knew inside me that it will not be recovered anymore. Another elevator operator at the hypermarket asked how much did I lose on the wallet - i told her it is for P850.00. She then told me, You know, Ma'am there are those who even loses more than that but just let go of the money. Is that the way an employee should emapthize with a customer. I am not asking for her opinion, I said to myself but it really makes me upset. As if we are begging for alms just to have fare to go home. I was hurt because I am a regular customer of SM but to think that is the way those employees would treat us. Just a suggestion, do not judge shoppers on what they have along on that day. I noticed these factor on all employees. Whenever I shop in bulk items, I was often assisted very well. But if I just drop by and bought a few or just a single item, poor customer service is exercised by SM employees. Is that the way you train your employees, I guess not. Every week I shop at SM malls but to these times, I do not like much shopping anymore at any SM malls although I still shop at SM but I do not enjoy shopping anymore and cannot give the trust on any employees.

I like very much sm megamall...one of the huge mall in the tropical island and you'll be amazed to its facilities and the place is really cool. You'll see in the faces of the people that they enjoying they roaming trip around the mall. Its a one of the kind mall in the world that only philippines can make compare to the other mall in the world.

soo many people, and lot people just escaping the heat weather. the clothes stores are nice, and the prices are good. a lot of things to do.

Well, we now have the largest mall in Asia, that?s why it?s called the mall of Asia, I haven really measure how big it is but compare to other malls here in the Philippines and even other countries nearby I can say that this Mall of Asia really is the biggest I ever seen, it has the one only IMAX 3D cinema in the Philippines with a cinema screen up to 5 storey building, with a very wide car park which can really be super convenient to shoppers, a great size skating rink that can accommodate 300 persons at a time, and if your tired walking they have this trailer cart that can serve up to 15 persons to make a comfortable site seeing inside the mall (well so far its free ride up to now), the mall has thousands of concessionaires and stores to shop and choose from. Well it?s up to 100 hectares wide that make your day visit not enough. The only worst thing that could ever happen to you is if you don have your own vehicle or even a skate board with you, the highway road and pedestrian (cat walk) is really a far from the welcome signage of this Mall of Asia. You better not commute friend if you?re planning to visit SM Mall of Asia.
