Roy Yamaguchi, the superstar of Pacific Rim cuisine and darling of critics everywhere, has finally opened a restaurant in South Maui. He brings his cutting-edge culinary style to bear on such dishes as seared shrimp on the stick and Pulehu grilled prime ribeye beef. The wine list is sophisticated, but takes a back seat to the food.
