Overview

Although there are plenty of gators to see here, this attraction also includes several other wild animals. During the 30-minute wildlife show, visitors can see panthers and other exotic inhabitants of the Everglades. The bravest souls can also have themselves photographed with an alligator. But the high point of a trip to Gator Park is likely to be the airboat tour; unlike other tour companies, this park guarantees at least one alligator sighting.

Had a good time...by Yahoo | 2008-07-06 20:47:55 |

The tour guide on the boat was very knowledgeable and funny. We saw a bunch of gators at the beginning, as well as a turtle. The only bad thing is the boat drivers beg a lot for tips. The gator-wrestling show was very good, I highly recommend it. Again, they ask for tips.

Do NOT go to GATOR PARKby Yahoo | 2008-01-16 18:44:56 |

The people there is very rude, the boat driver was asking for tips all the time. The show is ridiculous, with a guy showing small alligators... The place is dirty and small, and the boat ride so small that you cannot see the everglades... Keep away from this nasty place!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT GATOR PARK!!!by Yahoo | 2007-06-18 04:50:55 |

We paid for a private tour which was supposed to be a 45 min. airboat ride. They took us around the same SMALL area twice. Like going around the same block twice. Only saw two alligators and not much else (could have been the same one twice). The trip was NOT 45 mins. and the show was cheesy at best! When we complained, they said it was how long, not how far. They were very rude also. Don't waste your money at GATOR PARK!!!! We've been to Wootens which is 100 times better.

The Real Evergladesby Yahoo | 2006-08-29 18:25:53 |

Taking my family to Gator Park was the most enjoyable event on our family Florida vacation. The kids loved everything from the airboat rides though the highway of grass, watching the birds of the everglades, petting exotic animals and even held a real live baby alligator. Everything is included in the airboat tour price, and we spent 4 hours exploring the Indian village, looking at the snakes, chasing the peacocks and gator wrestling. We could of stayed longer and it wouldn't of cost a penny more. There are no lines (unlike other Florida parks) and you can eat gator sausage or rattle snake if you desire. The help is authentic and made us feel like we were on a safari the whole time. Even when it started to rain, the help gave out free ponchos (what is ever free at Disney?) If you want to show your family the real Florida, Gator Park is a must see. I truely believe the best hidden value in Florida is down in the heart of the everglades at Gator Park. Thank you so much for an unbelievable time. -JC
