Rude. Trashy. Ignorant. Classless. Clueless. That pretty much sums up the entire staff, including the General Manager who condoned the belligerent behavior of one of his bar-backs. Naturally just prior to my dropping a $100 on shots for the party I was with, the ogre-esk bar back decided that I shouldn't be standing in his way (in an unmarked, under-the-bar, doorway). His exact words were "If you know what's good for you, you won't stand there again." Then the bartender piped up and said, "we've already warned you once." Considering that was my very first trip to the bar I found that interesting and asked to speak to a manager. Somehow two managers didn't understand why I, as a paying customer, took offense to being treated inappropriately. They actually told me that it was my fault.???? Yeah, I didn't get it either. I also witnessed the door man being rude to a nice couple who had been in the bar earlier...don't get me started with that. But they also vowed never to go back. Coincidence? I think not! Additionally, the concept is bad and outdated, the sound system is scratchy, and the pianists in the piano bar were horrible.
