The nation's only full time chamber orchestra is also one of the Twin Cities' most cherished cultural institutions. Currently directed by Hugh Wolff, this remarkable 32-member ensemble offers a nine month concert season in different Twin Cities venues, including its home base at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. The ensemble tours constantly and records often. Before Wolff, the Orchestra was lead by renowned maestros Russell Davies and Pinchas Zucherman.
