I am studying abroad at ITESM and can tell you that although it is a nice campus, I wouldn't want to come here if I were on vacation.

Best Latin American Universityby Yahoo | 2005-05-31 17:13:05 |

It's the most famous university in the city, and probably in all of Mexico. It attracts students from the entire country and throughout Latin America. Set against the Cerro de la Silla, the large campus is marked by some interesting modern architecture, such as a building that appears vertically sliced in two and twisted (students refer to this building as El Servietero, because of its resemblance with a napkin holder). The Tec also owns one of the city's most recognised theatres, which puts on shows both by students and professionals.

Awful!by Yahoo | 2005-04-29 12:46:39 |

There's nothing to see. The camous is surrounded by semi-decent, middle class residential area. We happened to be there on a weekday and they were still in class. As they were leaving, we witnessed the most unbelievable parade of bodyguards picking up spoiled kids who attend this school. But they were not the nice-looking bodygurds you'll see surrounding real important people, these cocky guys had mean faces and were wearing inexpensive, tacky, color faded suits. We don't think these were rich businessmen children they were picking up. They looked more like members of some mafia.

Nothing to seeby Yahoo | 2005-04-03 01:30:14 |

Unless you have never seen corporate buildings or a college campus, save yourself the taxi fare.
