Overview

This is a good example of the new public housing being provided to residents relocated from the Volcano. The houses are pleasant-looking, well-designed and well-spaced. Many of the houses have porches or verandahs, and some new residents have started gardens. There's a panoramic sea view and a view of Montserrat's rugged East Coast. There are over 200 homes so far, with plans to add another 250 homes and a community centre.
