A three-star hotel built in 1968 and renovated in 1997. It is located in the center of the city near the White House (Belyi Dom) (the seat of the Russian government), not so far from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (one of Stalin's Seven Sisters (Sem' Sester), and not too far from the US embassy. The hotel is preferred by official foreign delegations and business travelers.
