When the Summer House in Sconset became so popular that booking a room became a near impossibility, expansion was deemed necessary. Two historic properties in Nantucket Town—the Summerhouse on Fair Street and the Summer House - India Street —are the latest jewels in the Summerhouse crown. Guests at the Fair Street property enjoy a quiet location, extensive gardens and all the luxurious amenities so many associate with the original Summerhouse. A private jitney transports guests from the Nantucket Town properties to the beach and pool at the Sconset resort.
