Not every meal has to be a healthy, gourmet experience. That's good news for this little diner. At Hermitage Cafe, you'll be hard-pressed to find anything healthy here, except maybe the water, but the cafe does serve delicious food nonetheless. The sometimes surly wait staff serves hot and fresh food 24 hrs a day, including eggs and hashbrowns, hot sandwiches, greasy hamburgers and country-fried steaks. The decor is a bit rustic, but for late-night dining after a game or for an early morning breakfast, there's no place better. Just don't have your cholesterol checked the same day.
