Patiala Peg reflects the ambiance of the five-star in which it is housed. The Imperial is regal and grand in every sense, the mood is elegant, and the decorum is dignified. The bar is heavily wood-paneled and spills onto a garden courtyard restaurant. Waiters are dressed in the traditional garb of the Indian Maharaja's staff and are quite experienced in the art of pampering. The price is high, but the concoctions and the setting is one of a kind. Patiala Peg can only be described as an experience.
