We recently visited New Orleans for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the city, especially the new Harrah's hotel and casino. The hotel is not only classy but is exceptionally clean, both inside and out. The casino is comfortable, clean, friendly and the decor is beautiful. Be sure to pay attention to the details in the design in the casino or you will miss them. The location can not be beat - just footsteps away from the French Quarter, river, shopping, dining, partying, etc. We are cancelling our fall trip to Vegas to go back. We can't wait.

I thought that for what every one in New Orleans have gone through, the way they received all of us, just speaks volumes for the people, and, also for Harrah's in as much as Harrah's still found quality individuals and appears to instill in their employees to exhibit care, humor and respsect along with being knowledgable in their respective jobs. It was a very pleasant experience and have mentioned it to some of our friends. I guess so much so(and I have only been back home for three days)that not only are we returning for next year, we are bringing some relatives and they are ready to exprience the "N.O.Harrah's" as they are calling it.
