This glass-domed, tiled restaurant in the Millennium UN Plaza Hotel is aptly named, with an international air and the clientele to match. White tablecloths and an abundance of plants set the stage in the elegant dining room. Tempt your taste buds with dishes like black peppercorn calamari, or one of dozens of selections from the steak, seafood and rotisserie menu. The five-spice duck is a favorite. Brunch is also bountiful.
