Overview

Think of City Crab as a classy trip to the captain's table. It is a big and lively seafood place, decorated with nautical accessories plus high tables and swivel chairs. The menu offers excellent samplers and the crab is always terrific. Oysters, shrimp, salmon and many other delights are always fresh. Top it all off with some Tart Key Lime Pie. Service is not always consistent, but it is friendly.

        no steamed blue crabsby Yahoo | 2006-03-11 20:51:19 |

at 730 pm on a friday night there were no steamed crabs to be had. not so good planning? so we settled for maryland crab cakes. The were very fishy tasting, the worst crab cakes we had ever had. the waiter was a bit odd, tho competent. In all, in over 50 years of eating in New York, Paris, etc, one of the worst dining experiences on my record.

It's as good as it should be. This is not an extravagant dinning establishment. It's a restaurant--food is good, staff is nice, crowd is cool, prices are swell. Good place to eat whether with friends or kids. Eat here.

        City Crab was fabulous!by Yahoo | 2004-12-06 03:35:41 |

My two daughters and I visited City Crab over the Thanksgiving weekend. After a long day of shopping and walking, sitting down to an excellent meal was so great! Everything was perfect...the food, the service..and the surroundings. Thanks City Crab!!
