Overview

This is a Tex-Mex restaurant with a theme that also doubles up as a sort of metropolitan museum of cowgirl memorabilia. There are pictures and mementos of cowgirls, rodeo stars and country singers everywhere, and a popular gift shop. This is a fun-filled family spot, but it gets rather noisy. The food is all tasty—fajitas, nachos, catfish, ribs, Chicken Fried Steaks, Chuck Wagon Chili, Texas Onion Loaf, Enchiladas and Chops are all popular, as are margaritas and "pearly gates" (pina coladas).
