Overview

Payard Patisserie & Bistro is a bakery and restaurant known for it's rich confections like apricot-glazed chocolate tarts and chocolate-glazed domes of hazelnut mousse, all created by chef and owner Francois Payard. He is also in charge of the dining room, where you can savor some contemporary French preparations like caramelized sweetbreads with flavors of orange and rosemary. Of course you will have to order a dessert, but any guilt you may feel will likely be overshadowed by the charming ambiance and attentive service.
