This classy restaurant offers lots of vodka, as well as fancy food like caviar. As its name would suggest, drinking is the main focus of The Russian Vodka Room, and there are lots of people here who like to do shots of vodka and other hard stuff. But even if you are sober the room looks elegant, complete with mood lighting and lots of smoke. Too tiny to move around in. Cheesy interior. Rude, bitter russian women as wait staff. Pass this one by. The vodka selection was good though.
The best thing I like about the RVR is the atmosphere. They've nailed it right on, with not being too cheesy for american crowd, yet having just the right kind of vibe russian ex-pats appreciate. Home-made vodka infusions are excellent and will keep you hang-over free the next morning. Food is traditionally russian, with wide variety of assorted meats, cheeses and fruits to go along with your drink.
