THIS WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE VISITING NYC. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO SEE THE MANHATTAN SKY LINE BY FAR.

I had read all the reviews on-line and was more than nervous about purchasing the tour for my husband's birthday. There was no way we could have been happier with the entire experience! The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tour was breathtaking and informative. The pilot was amazing (it was very windy, but the ride was great!). We definitely got more than our money's worth from this adventure, and I will be treating other family members to this experience of a lifetime in the near future!

The staff here is rude and tried to make us wait over an hour past our confirmed reservation time. We left after that since it got dark and we didn't want to do the tour anymore. They wouldn't refund our money and never apologised - none of the 3 we spoke with. Everyone around us was in the same boat...seems like they have apolicy of overbooking and then pushing back reservations 2 hours or so. The kids around us were going nuts with the long wait and there is no where else to go eat something or get a coffee. This is just not worth the hassle, the wait, and the attitude of the staff.

fantastic experience!!!!!! would not have missed this for anything !!!! we booked and paid before we left UK.thinking everthing was paid for but.....on arriving at heliport we all had to pay an extra $2.50 (6 of us so this was another $15) for security.then another $1 for a locker. bewarned there are extras.
