Le Chantecler which is part of the world famous Hôtel Négresco, is the only one in Nice to have been awarded two stars in the Guide Michelin. Complemented by the luxurious surroundings of the restaurant's belle époque dining room, the chef's exquisite selection of French cuisine and local fare should satisfy the most refined palates. Service is of equally high standard, and seasonal dishes are always on the menu.

This is the best restaurant I've been to, and I cannot imagine that it gets better than this. The decor is luxurious, the ambience classy and understated, the food excellent and the experience worth every cent. I dont think anyone should go to Nice without having a meal here. This was the highlight of our trip.

A great restaurant can be described many ways, but perhaps the most outstanding compliment would be how far you are will to travel for an outstanding dinning experience. If you are a gourmet and live for exquisite dinning, Chantecler is definitely worth the trip from Paris.
