Orena is old and outdated!by Yahoo | 2006-11-03 21:01:02 |

Concourses are small, crowded and generally poorly designed. Both the Upper Level and Lower Level enter/exit to the same and only councourse. There are 4 restrooms at each corner of the arena. There are vendors all over the place and the lines often hinder movement on the concourse. For a BB game a majority of seats are good especially the lower level. The "suites" are nice but on the top or highest level furthest from the action. For a concert i think the only good seats are on the floor unless it is a concert in the round. We are getting a new arena YEAH!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!by Yahoo | 2006-06-05 14:48:06 |

I paid 300.00 for 3 tickets to see the Soul2Soul concert one was for my 88 yr old grandmother, who is a BIG Faith Hill Fan and this was her b-day gift, we had never been to TD Waterhouse before and had no idea where we were going we were sent completly around the entire complex before FINALLY finding our seats only to see that out of the 100 thousands seats one of our 3 had a caution tape around it because it was broken..We were reseated to another seat by a woman in a red coat where the wheelchair patrons sit, not only could my grandmother not see the stage very well but now we werent even able to see the big screen where she could at the original seats I paid for again I complained and was sent to Guest Relations this woman walked back to our seats seen the problem and she said she would look for another red coat person to reseat us NEVER did we see another red coat person nor did she come back..To make matters worse my 18 yr old daughter was being harrassed by a gentleman in a wheelchair beside her He even went as far as taking a sneak photo of her,,,I complained to a security guard however that did me no good noone even bothered to talk to him im guessing bc he didnt seem like much of a threat bc he was in a wheelchair, however after the show my daughter tells me he was rubbing up against her and kept touching her, she didnt want to make a scene about it in front of her Great- Grandmother and get her even more upset. So know that even though you pay for your seats you may not get what you paid for and NOONE is there to really help you when you need it.
