Overview

This friendly foreign-style neighborhood bar is just as popular with Japanese as with foreigners. It has fascinating decor with a slant toward Hawaii—even the latest menu is written on a surfboard hanging up behind the bar. Everything you order here is homemade with fresh ingredients, and the portions are very generous. There is also a fair selection of dishes for vegetarians. The burgers and sandwiches are especially popular and come with delicious wedge potatoes.

...if I make my way back to Osaka. 'Been there a couple of times. It's a fun place with good service, good bar food (tuna pizza? good stuff, who'd have thunk it), and a GREAT selection of beers and cocktails. The live music can be LOUD but that's the way it's supposed to be. America likes beer, whisky and vodka, but Japan has a much broader palette. Tin's Hall reflects that with a good selection of liquor.
