Overview

A park this exquisite tends to bring tourists and visitors rather than citizens looking for a place to lounge around and relax - though they do come as well. There are of course plenty of open areas with flowers and greenery but none attract as many people as the Japanese gardens. Within the park, you will also find the Osaka Municipal Art Museum. Besides these two main attractions, there is also a greenhouse and a huge-screen, multi-media theater. The Tennoji Zoo is located not far away.

Very good, pleasant, quite place to be. Good park to relax for a moment in a rush of Osaka city. Japaneese park-style as always there.

in the middle of the hustle and bustle of osaka a small yet exqusite park exists.not twenty feet into it ,you can feel the peace and solitude slowly take the stress of big city life away.being from colorado and used to open parks and life everywhere it was a much needed break from the concrete and steel.surprisingly it was mostly empty .most people just had to much to do. i was overwhelmed by the amount of care and time put into the layout and shaping of the trees .the koi pond was amazing ,they were huge .i would recomend it for a moment of pure zen.
