Cielo is located on the 27th floor of Morongo Casino. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the staff isn't bad either. The food...I can't even explain how delicious everything was. The prices are a bit..or really steep, but well worth it for a special occasion. The staff there is kind and down to earth. My server was Emma and she had an assistant (yes! an assistant, not a busser. Each server has one...crazy) named Nicole. Both were very sweet and very professional, they could've been twins! They were so on top of everything, not to mention I kept mistaking them for eachother because they looked alike. The only thing I could find bad was that there was no dress code. A place like that should have a somewhat formal/casual dress code. Other than that everything was spectacular!! A Must Go indded.

I took my mom here for dinner on her birthday, there were 5 of us dinning and we ordered 4 steaks and macaroni,and my mom ordered double lobster tails, everything was delicious, but then i recieved the check and it read 475.00 that was rediculous, plus i had to tip, so i gave our waiter a 50dlr tip, i was really supposed to give him 95 according to my tip calculator. NO WAY! I work hard for my money and you would have to be filthy rich to eat here regularly.

i like go to morongo casino becuz my mom give me icecream when i go there.the thing i dislike about is it when we go there we have to sit and wait for my mom!

The casino was clean the food was gr8, and the games were perfect. The poker games run pretty good all day till early morning. Morongo Casino has a excellent hotel and the room rates are just right. You never really smell any smoke and the rooms are really well kept.

ub Vibe inside the resort was enjoyable. Bartenders are great, atmosphere is nice. However, the security does not know how to handle an incident if their lives depended on it. I was hit in the face, for sitting on "someones couch" there, and security kicks me out for it. There are no seats that people can reserve unless they get their own room. Which I was not in. I had sat on an empty seat and 2 big girls hassled me for it. I am 5'2" and 100lbs so I knew I wouldnt win a fight w/ them, nor am I the fighting type. As soon as I could blink, I was wacked with a corner of a purse, my nose swollen and big red scratches where the zipper hit me. Security ran over only when my boyfriend stood up and tried to protect me from the girls smothering me. Not only was I kicked out of the club, I am no longer able to go back there for a year. Not that I ever want to go back again. They treated me as if I was to blame for this and kept me singled out from everyone. Never did they ask what happened, nor did they get the other girls out of the club for what they did. I wasnt able to use a phone, and they never got the cops like i had asked. We were in the middle of nowhere so they knew they could get away with it. I was treated very unfairly and my only advice to anyone who goes into club Vibe is stay away from the big girls because there is obviously somekind of friendship going on with them and the service officers.

the building and surrounding are beautiful. but i had bad impression of the supervisor of the table games. The dealer (a female) was nice, not the supervisor. When I was playing 3 cards, I asked the dealer to hold my seat because I have to go to restroom. She said no problem. I returned after about 15 minutes from restroom, and my seat was taken by other player. The female dealer apologized to me that her supervisor told her not to hold that seat for me. I was so mad and I have to wait another 30 minutes before I can get another seat to continue playing. I WAS SO MAD AND LEFT AFTER 3 HANDS. I TOLD MY WIFE I DON'T WANT TO COME BACK FOR THIS UNEXCUSED UNHAPPINESS. THERE ARE LOTS OF CASINO AROUND SAN BERNADINO, RIVERSIDE AND SAN DIEGO COUNTY, WHY SHOULD I LOOK FOR UNHAPPINESS.

Im a single mom with my own buisiness .I work about 12-14 hrs a day and during the year i manage to treat me and my two kids to our little Palm Springs !!!We have stayed at the Morongo periodicaly for the past 3yrs.I believe thats when it was opened...We absolutly love the way the rooms are set up the decor and my son loves the plasma tvs!!the ambiance ,everyone from the front desk to the room service are just great and great ,we have had the buffet that to my opinion its better than the ones in Las Vegas and we have eaten at the top restaurant great food and deserts to die for i specialy love the coffee!! My 10 yrs old son gets lost in the river pool, me and my daughter just sit by the pool and have a drink ...as matter of fact she had her first 21st Bday drink right at the bar by the pool last summer ...it was a bucket of some exotic blue drink!!!.....to make a long story short we look forward to our mini weekend stays at morongo after all its our piece of heaven on earth!!!!

i loved the environment and also the food was great. the enterainment was excellent.i thought the dealers were very professional and courtious.it was like i was visiting family again.

I like it very much because i can take my childrens over there and i can play slots and they can be playing the others machines too at the same time.

We wold have had a fabulous time except we found the employees to be rude. Was almost knocked over by valet employees 3 times. None of which even acknowledged us, never mind apologizing. Same thing happened twice on the floor with indoor employees. Ruined the whole experience.
