Overview

Should Batu Ferringhi prove too overwhelming for the senses, the rest of the North Coast beckons in seductive seclusion. Teluk Bunga Beach is the lesser known cousin of Batu Ferringhi while Teluk Bahang Beach, with only one modern hotel, manages to retain a few charms of its fishing village roots. Going west, isolation thickens with Teluk Duyung, Monkey Beach, Pantai Keracut and Pantai Mas coming into view, the last being only accessible via trails in the Pantai Acheh Reserve.
