I like the service in the hotel. I am also big with breakfast, so this really sold me into liking the hotel. They have a great buffet. Rooms are very clean, and other than spotty wireless internet in some rooms, I would rate the hotel as great to stay.

I have been consistently disappointed by this property. There were smells in the A/C unit, there is only outside passages to walk through the facility, the area is not too nice either (airport area off of 44th street.. not too safe after dark). But the property does have secured gates through the facility, it has nice bed and decent shampoo/conditioner. It has 2 elevators in the property and multiple levels. I was not too impressed by the property and the outside only entrances (felt more like a motel on the outside passages). I was impressed by the breakfast (which is free)... good meal and it is free for all guests. Hot meal and nice restaurant area to eat. I am ok for one night near the airport, but not a good place for a vacation or to be stuck at. They do have Wireless internet through the facility.

I'm not sure how much this hotel costs since we were on a pre-paid business trip, but the hotel is nice, clean, and the staff was amazing. We called late at night for extra pillows and they were at our door 5 minutes later. The bed at this hotel was AMAZING, we never wanted to get up in the morning! :) The bathroom was spacious and the room even had a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. Staff was very helpful in giving us shuttle rides to and from the airport, along with recommendations on where to go, what to see, and where to get a rental car. Pool was clean and the perfect temperature! Towels were nice, everything was perfect. Internet connection costs to hook up in the rooms, unless you activate it on your laptop in the business lounge, which the concierge kindly shared with us...And while there's not too much to do nearby, with a car it seemed like nothing was too far away. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice Doubletree Hotel and is close to the airport, although outside the airport loop. The free Chocolate Chip cookies are yummy, the pool is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff really goes out of their way to keep you happy.

You cant beat free cookies and breakfast buffet! Not to mention the upgraded beds with down comforters! Its only a short shuttle to Mesa for the night life and the hotel will even pick you up! This place has a wonderful pool area that is kept very clean. Dont worry about parking cause this place is loaded with parking space. If you want a place close to the airport with lots a free extras included with your stay not to mention the great service, the Doubletree is for you! I cant wait to go back-

The Doubletree hotel was like going to a resort hotel without to a far off place. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were treated very well. The resturant, The Belvader, was awesome. The service, the food, everything was outstanding. We had a wonderful time, and look forward going back there again. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a wonderful room, suite. Would you believe that the employees even enjoy working there? That's the place to stay.

There was nothing I didn't like. location...perfect,price... perfect, comfortable stay with no worries....PRICELESS. I would definetly go back again.It was my first time away from home in years and I just wanted to everything about this trip to go smoothly.I didn't have to worry about anything. The attitudes and customer service were wonderful.It wasn't like it was just a put on or something they had to do for their job. I appreciated that the most.

I like the all suite rooms because they're like staying in an apartment. It's easy to have business meetings in the living room and maintian privacy in the bedroom. The PHX shuttle service serves my needs and the included hot breakfast in a restaurant is good. The workout room has everything I need. Hilton Honors is the best points and miles program and I like the Neutrogena toiletries AND the chocolate chip cookie and water they give ma at check in.
