1. Concierge and manager refused to accept credit cards to buy tickets for the metro..since the Hotel is off the beaten track. (at least about 4 miles from the central city) 2. Wake up calls to catch an early flight never materialised. (for 40% of a group leaving one morning) 3. The steep hill to the lobby is a great disadvantage to the aged and those with cardiac and respiratory problems.The Hotel is remiss in not suggesting an alternative. 4. Smokers in the lobby have their smoke go up an atrium Chimney to all floors. 5. Management in Switzerland think they smell like roses (which is most unlikely. I would suggest....stay elsewhere.

Hotel is in two separate buildings, one on top of the hill connected by a funnicular. Rooms in upper building are very nice and large with separate breakfast area for upper building. Location is fair but not too far from metro and tram. Service in lower building restraurant was very poor.
