Overview

Built against and on top of a rocky precipice, Prague Zoo features more than 10km of walks among the animals, rare plants and tree species. It is possible to take a chair lift up the cliff. The animal enclosures are often large and very similar to the native habitats. There is a children's corner as well as a baby changing center available. The sylvan setting of the zoo is enhanced by lovely views of much of Prague from the upper areas. Hours vary seasonally, check website for details.
