The gallery houses colorful originals, tiny angels, boats, airplanes ceramics, paper mache and jewelry. The collection has been extended by his daughter Marcella to include posters and lithographs of original works. Come in to get an idea of what life was like for this artist. Children and adults alike will enjoy this gallery, and all will come away with a new appreciation of local art. The gallery is a wonderful tribute to a fantastic artist! In the back of the gallery they have his work area set up just the way it was the day he passed, glasses sitting on the table, paints open and ready to pain, and books scattered on the desk. His interesting illustrative style is expanded on by his daughter who takes the wonderful characters from his paintings and creates 3-dimentional figurines from them. Both the figurines and prints of Lepe's are available at the gallery. They make a beautiful addition to any decor and remind you of your Mexican vacation with every glance.
